FIRST TIME CLIENT POLICY

It is Starstruck Artistry’s responsibility to provide excellent service to our clients. We strive to bring each and every client their desired service(s). 


In order to achieve this service we do ask in respect to our stylists/artists time and talent that a non refundable deposit be paid prior to your service. A $50 non refundable deposit is required for all new clients booking a color/chemical/skincare service or a service that requires 60 minutes or more of time from the stylist/artist. This deposit is applied towards your end balance after your appointment is complete.


If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment we ask that you contact Starstruck Artistry at 920-642-1555 to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. If an appointment is canceled after the 24 hour window or you fail to cancel your appointment, resulting in a “no show” you will not receive a refund or credit towards a future appointment. If you fail to make your appointment resulting in a no show, you will have one more opportunity to rebook your appointment. If you have two no shows you will no longer be accepted as a new client and will be unable to rebook with us. 


LATE POLICY

Out of respect to our stylists/artists our updated policy requires clients to rebook in the result of being 15 minutes or more late to their scheduled appointment.


If the client is 15 minutes or more late the receptionist will assist the client to reschedule their appointment, we can not guarantee an immediate rebooking as some of our stylists book out weeks in advance.


We will do our best to offer the first available appointment.  If a client is between 10-15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment it is under the stylists discretion if they are able to accommodate the service or if it needs to be rescheduled.

NO SHOW/CANCELLATION

Starstruck Artistry understands that sometimes schedules change. Starstruck Artistry will require at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment, to do so please contact 920-642-1555 to cancel or reschedule an appointment.


Appointments canceled within 24 hours or for which clients are a “No-Show” will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount with the card that client has on file, or will get charged onto account and will have to be paid before booking another service.


Clients will receive a one time pass with no charge. If the client has repeated “no shows” the above policy will be put into effect. Cancellations due to weather will be excluded from our policy.
